ATLAS refers to Atlas Sound & Vision Pte Ltd (previously Atlas Hi-Fi Pte Ltd) or any associated company.
• All products sold on the Atlas Experience Online Store are for local purchase and delivery only.
• Upon the placement of an order, ATLAS (its staff or appointed agent) will contact the purchaser and/or the intended recipient for delivery arrangement and confirmation.
• Products will be delivered within 5 working days upon confirmation, subject to alternative arrangements.
• Products must be received in person, either by the purchaser or the named person at the delivery address. In both situations, the NRIC or Passport of the recipient must be produced for verification.
• If either the purchaser or named person cannot be present, a third party with a signed letter of authorization by the purchaser or named person may receive the product. In this case, the NRIC or Passport of the third party AND that of the purchaser or named person must be produced for verification.
• ATLAS reserves the right to refuse delivery if the identity verification process is not completely satisfactory.
• ATLAS will not be liable for any failed delivery if the recipient is not present at the arranged time at the delivery address, and/or due to an incorrect delivery address supplied.
• Whilst ATLAS will take every care to ensure otherwise, a product may become unavailable after you have placed your order. In such a situation, a refund of the purchase price or an alternative will be offered.
• In the event of any delay caused including (but not limited to) circumstances beyond its control, ATLAS shall not be liable for any loss suffered due to such delays.
